Markaz Yangi Toshkent

Markaz Yangi Toshkent is a modern business-class residential complex under construction in the Yuqorichirchiq district of the Tashkent region. The project occupies 3 hectares and comprises 10 blocks with 574 apartments. One hectare is dedicated to construction, while the remaining two hectares form a landscaped area with children's playgrounds, family recreation zones, and sports facilities.

A 35-hectare fruit orchard lies next to the complex. A scenic Seoul-style stream and additional recreation areas will also be created. The project includes 23 modern business-class premises.
